This course aims to provide students in Civil, Environmental, and Geological Engineering as well as water resources management with unique opportunity to work on planning, design, implementation, and management of projects related to river and lake restoration and rehabilitation. The course cover a wide range of topics including the values of lakes and rivers, ecosystem, hydrological cycles, water quality, water movement, environmental impacts, permits, regulatory compliance, and case studies.
